Southland Full Throttle Man of the Month "PrimeTime" - Feb. 2007 : Sprouting out of Red Bud, GA, and now residing in neighboring Dalton is Full Throttle's Man of the Month, Larry "Primetime" Simpson. A self-described "senior citizen" (even though he still has a couple of years before that title is official), PrimeTime sports around the country on his 2006 K9 Big Dog. A Sturgis veteran, Simpson has also owned another Big Dog, a Harley-Davidson, and a Honda. "I LOVE the mountains," he reveals when asked about his favorite type of terrain given the elongated front end of his bike. "...It's a challenge in the curves." A member of the Sweathogs Motorcycle Club since 1975, Primetime is a PRIME member of the community in the Carpet Capital.

"Here we go: thirty years later," says Gene Miller, longtime friend and fellow Sweathog. "I've always known him...He's a fine fellow...A rooted and grounded Sweathog." A printer and a contractor by trade (talk about multi-faceted), Simpson spends his spare time throwing darts (from which his nickname is derived) and burning up the roads with fellow riding partner and wife Lori "Ping" Simpson.

Though a sporty and cutting edge appearance first makes you notice Mr. Hal Everett, you will soon come to realize he's truly a country boy at heart after you meet him. An automobile technician by trade, Hal also builds custom fuel maps for fuel injected bikes (FIBs). Starting out on dirt bikes and 4-wheelers, his love of bikes came honestly, as his father rode a Honda as well.

“Why not a cruiser?” HippyChicKim asks.

“Oh, I’ll have one…my brother rides a Harley. I test drove one when I went to by a bike, and I liked them, but this bike just seemed to ‘fit me’ more at the time,” Hal responds.
